Ta-da! Choreographers Lau Lukkarila & Luca Bonamore are here to resist apathy. Here you go, dolce vita! Juicy love affair, movie scene, day-to-day-telenovela, sober light, dramatic movements. In this hot duet they offer us a couple of tricks. 

Lau Lukkarila is a choreographer and performer born in Finland, based in Vienna. Between 2008 and 2013 they studied theatre and contemporary dance in Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki and Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático in Madrid. Their latest works are Trouble (2019) at Rakete Festival/Tanzquartier Wien, NYXXX (2020) at imagetanz/brut Wien and at 8:tension series at ImPulsTanz Vienna International Dance Festival (2021), kneading to the 3rd millennia (2021) at brut Wien, Lapse (2022) with Luca Bonamore at SPI_T Queer Performance Festival/Tanzquartier and When boyfriend material begins to frey (2022) at Vienna Art Week, and Lapse and the Scarlet Sun with Luca Bonamore at ImPulsTanz (2023). 2021/22, Lau was part of FREISCHWIMMEN Theatre and Performance Production Platform and they have published three internet EP’s: Super Like (2019), HUFKLANG (2020) and HEAVYCRUSH (2022). Currently they are working with Luca Bonamore on Lapse and the Scarlet Sun, which will premiere at ImPulsTanz 2023. 

Luca Bonamore is a dancer, choreographer and performer born in Rome, living in Vienna since 2007. He studied contemporary dance pedagogy at MUK Wien and works as a freelancer. In recent collaborations he created Labor der Zärtlichkeitat brut Wien Imagetanz (2022), Lapse for SPIT Festival at Tanzquartier Wien (2022), I hear you. But don´t at Studio Hanniball Berlin (2022), Lapse and the Scarlet Sun with Lau Lukkarila at ImPulsTanz (2023), and is performing in the piece Fugue Four: Response at Volkstheater Wien. Luca`s first performances took place in queer techno clubs under the name Pornamore. His interests are amongst other things: glitter, wigs and the interface of different forms of art.
A joint project with the Wiener Festwochen as part of the exhibition "Liesl Raff – Liaison".
