The expert-guided tours accompanying the exhibition offer visitors the opportunity to engage more deeply, and through dialogue, with the role of images in shaping perception, memory, and history.
The tour will be led by Marie Röbl. She is a collection manager, author, and editor of www.textezurfotografie.net. She studied art history at the University of Vienna and Humboldt University of Berlin from 1989 to 1997, completing her master's thesis on Raoul Hausmann's photography and his writings on photographic theory. From 1998 to 2008, she was a member of the editorial team of Camera Austria International. Between 2010 and 2014, she headed the collection at the WestLicht Museum of Photography in Vienna. Since 2015, she has been Director of the OstLicht Photography Collection, located at the Ankerbrotfabrik site in Vienna.
